What is your new patient process?
Please have your doctor fax a referral to us. Upon receipt, we will call to schedule your new patient office visit. We are prompt and we often schedule new patients within one week. Before arriving, please download and print the New Client Paperwork. Bring this paperwork, your insurance card(s), your driver's license, and any other medical documents that may relate to your care.
Do you do medication management?
Yes. However, we take your pain issue and other related medical conditions into consideration and come up with a treatment plan that is appropriate for your needs. This may include not only medications but also other modalities, such as physical therapy, counseling, and procedures. Our goal is to use the right amount of medication to keep you functional, yet safe.
How much will my treatment cost?

If you wish to use medical insurance, important information regarding your health benefits is available directly from your insurance provider.
