Catherine completes authorizations for procedures, injections, imaging, and medical assistive devices and oversees staff in medication authorization submissions. She also schedules patient procedures and supports the clinic’s marketing efforts. Catherine is compassionate and she is an effective patient advocate and skilled liaison between our patients, our provider, and external agencies. Besides directing referrals, intakes, and prior authorizations at previous medical clinics, she possesses a background in clinical and research-related work in the fields of psychology, neurology, and neuropsychology and research-related work in neurology. Catherine applies her clinical experience to prior authorization work, as they often go hand-in-hand. She possesses an undergraduate degree from Kenyon College where she received an Honor Scholar and Science Scholar Award and she received her Master's from The Ohio State University, where she also worked as a Research Associate in Design and Technology. Catherine designed the website for Spine Muscles Nerves and she possesses certifications in Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing. In her free time, she works in content and digital marketing to advocate and raise money for health and research organizations and she also creates art, multimedia, and written works. She loves spending time with her husband, her dog and cat, her family and her friends.
